Processing and Making Time

Ready-to-Ship items ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-Order items are handmade and produced using digital fabrication and hand-finishing techniques after your order is placed; production generally takes 2-4 weeks, but this estimate can vary depending on order volume, material availability, and the handmade nature of the work. Custom Commissions have their own agreed timeline, confirmed with you individually before production begins.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided as guidance only. Kocher is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged upon delivery.

Returns

EU customers may return eligible Ready-to-Ship products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and complete with all accessories. Made-to-Order products may not be eligible for return where personalization has been selected, except where the item is defective or not as described. Custom Commissions are final sale and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, unless required by law.

Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue, and we will determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

Rentals

Rental garments require full prepayment before shipment and remain the property of Kocher at all times. See our Terms of Service for full details on rental periods, security deposits, late returns, and damage.
